About rna

rna was started in late 2004 by Rich Underwood and Ash Mann, having worked together for many years at the MusicZombie Group, they decided a new and different take on the already successful review sites would be beneficial to the music buying public, and anyone interested in music.

Having both wanted to make a site like this, they each had many ideas how to make the site stand out, above the rest, and with synergising these ideas, has made the site what it is today, with a different approach on how music is reviewed and portrayed to the public.

The general principal was to remove the preconception that only people working for magazines and large websites were 'worthy' enough to state their opinion on music. Where they believed that anyone and everyone has the right to voice their opinion on music! With that idea, the site was born.

There are staff writers on the site, these are simply just anyone who loves reviewing, and who send us regular reviews for the site. Anyone can become a staff writer, just by writing lots of reviews, regularly, on our message boards.
